Affordable Housing Corporation

The Morris County Affordable Housing Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. The mission of the Corporation is to provide home ownership opportunities for low and moderate income residents of Morris County.

The Corporation rehabilitates and/or constructs affordable for-sale units. We have constructed and sold units in Morris Township, Morristown, Dover, Jefferson Township, Victory Gardens, Randolph, Roxbury Township and Denville Township.

  • Rental rates are at the moderate income limit and are established by the funding source
  • Rental rates do not fluctuate on the basis of each individual applicant’s income
  • This rent cannot be more than 30% of a tenant’s income
  • A LEASE WILL NOT BE OFFERED TO AN APPLICANT IF THE RENT IS NOT AFFORDABLE TO THAT APPLICANT
